If you’ve lived on the MS Gulf Coast for any amount of time, then you know this time of year is the time for the Pusharatas!
Pusharatas are traditional a Yugoslavian pastry that is similar to a small fried donut that's filled with fruit and covered with a powdered-sugar glaze.
Our long time Chef, Robin Pate, will teach you how to make these traditional sweets from scratch. You will bring home TWO DOZEN pushararas to share with your loved ones and a recipe that you scale up to make many more.
The art of baking is meant for ALL ages, so come one, come all! Adults are welcome to bring a young one in the family who loves to spend time in the kitchen.

* Only youth ages 13 and up are welcome to attend without a parent.
Note: For healthcode reasons, all bakers must wear closed toed shoes and have long hair pulled back. Things can get messy - feel welcome to bring an apron!
