- French Onion Soup - Learn how to caramelize onions and create a flavorful stock. This technique can be used for various soup bases for all your winter soup nights!

- Coq Au Vin - (Red wine braised chicken) Technique highlighted will be braising, this is a slow cooking technique that creates a tender, flavorful result!

- Creme Brulee - Learn how to make a creme brulee that doesn't break or run! What to do to create the perfect creamy custard.
