If you live on the coast or near any body of water, learning how to fabricate your own fish is a must! Chef Scott Plauche will teach you how to fabricate two different fish - salmon and snapper - in this demo class. Then, he will prepare fresh sauces and accoutrements while discussing different cooking techniques, whole fish utilization tips, and sauce pairing suggestions.
