Tasting Talks: Bonbons and Bubbles

Please be sure to buy tickets well in advance as these classes sell out quickly AND our instructors need time to bake bonbons (yes they are handmade!) and procure all the fancy bubbles (COVID has been affecting even liquor distribution!).

We will learn about the different types of bubbles and how to taste them, while enjoying homemade bonbons to accentuate the tasting notes of the grape.
